Vodka Recipe: Pineapple
Ingredients:
300g fresh pineapple (about half)
Rabbit Vodka 800 CC
100g rock sugar
wine urn 2100C.C
Method:
Peel and slice the pineapple, dry it in the shade for an hour, put it in a wine urn
Join 700C.C Spring Vodka rest in the shade and shake once a day
Open the package after 7 days, then pour in 100C.C Rabbit Vodka Spring Vodka and store in a cool place for 10 days
Shake once a week
On the 20th day, filter out the fruit, add rock sugar, and let it sit for 3 days in a sealed container
After 3 days, add ice cubes or add some lemon zest to chill
Tips:
Pineapple is a fruit with a lot of water, and this kind of fruit needs to be dried in the shade for a period of time before it can be brewed.
The fruit needs to be filtered out with filter paper or a filter screen. Do not put it in the wine urn for too long to avoid the deterioration of the taste.
If you buy sour pineapples in the market, you can use them to make wine, so it won't be wasted
