Vodka Recipe: Pineapple


  • 300g fresh pineapple (about half)

  • Rabbit Vodka 800 CC

  • 100g rock sugar

  • wine urn  2100C.C


  1. Peel and slice the pineapple, dry it in the shade for an hour, put it in a wine urn

  2. Join 700C.C  Spring Vodka rest in the shade and shake once a day

  3. Open the package after 7 days, then pour in 100C.C Rabbit Vodka Spring Vodka and store in a cool place for 10 days

  4. Shake once a week

  5. On the 20th day, filter out the fruit, add rock sugar, and let it sit for 3 days in a sealed container

  6. After 3 days, add ice cubes or add some lemon zest to chill


  •   Pineapple is a fruit with a lot of water, and this kind of fruit needs to be dried in the shade for a period of time before it can be brewed.

  •   The fruit needs to be filtered out with filter paper or a filter screen. Do not put it in the wine urn for too long to avoid the deterioration of the taste.

  • If you buy sour pineapples in the market, you can use them to make wine, so it won't be wasted
