Each year, around a month before and after the Qingming Festival, it's the ideal time to harvest mulberries. This year, we chose mulberries grown in Yizhu Township, Chiayi County for our mulberry wine.

Our winemaker selects the finest mulberries, characterized by their thick, fleshy texture, deep purple-black color, high water content, and a sweet taste akin to honey. Due to the short production period of mulberries, this wine is a fresh seasonal delight.
