R&D Cocktail Lab was founded in 2015. Before opening, the team spent over six months traveling Taiwan to learn about local cultures and discover the character of different ingredients.

We hone our craft: handmade infusions, signature shots, house-made bitters and cocktails on tap. Every technique and every step aims to put something unique in your glass.

We care about flavor and creativity. As the name says, inventing new and fun cocktails is R&D's endless pursuit of the art of mixology.
