Cocktail: Grandma's Summer Breeze

Created by:View

What reaches your ears: clear laughter, glasses clinking, coworkers deep in lively talk, flirtatious glances between couples made tipsy, tipsy truths, kind white lies... familiar faces and new ones. Everything you feel is the view from behind the bar.

On a work night when you thought you'd sleep, a friend's call opens the little bar door again. Behind the counter: hands wet from washing glasses, eyes focused on ratios, silly jokes to lighten the mood, a gleaming bar spoon and tools... Looking in from outside the bar is a view too.

Ingredients:

+ Oriental Beauty tea-infused Palace Gin

+ Oriental Beauty tea lecithin foam

Notes:

As grown-ups, we often forget how big our dreams were as kids.

Drink Grandma's Summer Breeze and you're back in that summer, Grandma lovingly watching us drink herbal tea. We haven't lost anything. We've just forgotten how lucky we are.
