A bar and grill in downtown Hualien with fine food and drinks, a great place to unwind with friends. With warm service, friendly bartenders and a spacious bar, you won't feel lonely even dining or drinking solo.
Ingredients:
+ Spring Vodka 45 ml
+ Campari 30 ml
+ Fresh lemon juice 15 ml
Notes:
Han settlers began moving to Hualien in the Qing dynasty. Seeing the warm Kuroshio Current meet river water offshore, with waves swirling back, they called the place 'Huilan' (swirling waves). Today's name 'Hualien' comes from that sound. A century later, Hualien's sea still surges, now with even richer life.
