Casa Lounge Bar opened in 2011: eight bar seats, eight sofa seats and about 200 bottles, a non-smoking bar on the outskirts of Chiayi City. A little small, a little cozy, a bar that doesn't quite feel like a bar.
Ingredients:
+ House oolong tea-infused Formosa White Rum
+ Fresh pineapple juice
+ Lemon juice
+ Caramel syrup
+ Fresh pineapple
Notes:
Oolong tea and pineapple are signature crops of Chiayi. By creating cocktails from local produce, CASA is changing Chiayi's bar culture.
